I am a digital photographer. I am invisible in the scene I'm photographing, yet I feel a part of it.
I quietly capture the moment - an insect on a blade of grass, a touchdown pass, or even the shattered window of an abandoned vehicle.
I press the shutter to freeze these lasting moments, remaining as myself unseen and unnoticed. Never am I, the photographer, seen by my viewers. I remain invisible.
Though concealed, viewers can find me in my own photographs; I am present. One simply must look deeper into the picture.
I am a digital photographer. I hide behind my camera, feeling unnoticed yet safe. Photography is my escape; it silences the world and my worries.
